Simply upload a photo from your device. Our AI will analyze your image and suggest the best "Artify Pick"—a style tailored to your photo’s lighting and subject. You can then preview your masterpiece in a 3D gallery or use our "View in Your Room" AR feature to see it on your own wall.
Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Because each piece is custom-generated and printed specifically for you, we can only allow changes or cancellations within 2 hours of order submission. Once an order moves into "Production," it is being crafted specifically for your home and cannot be altered.
What do the different order statuses mean?
- Received: We’ve got your order and the AI is preparing the high-resolution files.
- In Production: Your art is at our professional lab being printed, framed, and hand-finished.
- Shipped: Your masterpiece is on its way! You’ll receive a tracking link via email.
How long will it take to receive my art?
Most of our bespoke wall art is handcrafted and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes:
- UK/US/EU: 2–5 business days.
- International: 5–15 business days.
- Note: Handmade frames and large canvases may require up to 7 days for production to ensure gallery-grade quality.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes. Every Artify order includes tracking. You will receive a notification the moment your package leaves our lab so you can follow its journey to your door.
Where is my art printed?
To ensure the highest quality and lowest carbon footprint, we use a global network of professional labs. Your order is automatically routed to the facility closest to you, ensuring faster delivery and local craftsmanship.
What is your "Quality Guarantee"?
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If your art arrives damaged or with any manufacturing defects, please notify us within 14 days of delivery. Send a photo of the issue to our support team, and we will rush a replacement to you at no additional cost.
Can I return my art if I change my mind?
Because Artify products are uniquely generated from your personal photos and printed to order, we cannot accept returns for a "change of mind." We encourage you to use our 3D and AR preview tools to ensure you love your piece before finalizing your order.
How is my art packaged?
We use museum-grade packaging to ensure your art arrives in pristine condition:
- Prints: Shipped in heavy-duty reinforced tubes or flat boxes.
- Framed & Canvas Art: Secured with protective corner guards and shipped in bespoke, double-walled "heavy-duty" cardboard boxes.
What kind of photo should I upload?
For the best results, use the highest resolution photo available on your phone. Our AI is excellent at enhancing images, but clear lighting and sharp focus will always result in a more stunning final "Artify" transformation.
Is my data and my photo safe?
Absolutely. We respect your privacy. Your uploaded photos are used solely to generate your artwork and fulfill your order. We do not sell your images or use them for any other purpose without your explicit permission.
