Artify Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our Quality Guarantee
At Artify, we provide a unique fusion of your personal memories and professional artist styles through advanced AI. Because every order is custom-generated and printed to your specific requirements, we do not offer "change of mind" returns once an order has been processed.
2. AI Subjectivity & Artifacts
By purchasing, you acknowledge that our products are generated via Artificial Intelligence.

The Nature of AI: Minor visual irregularities (known as "AI Artifacts")—such as atypical background textures or slight anatomical variations—are inherent to generative technology and do not constitute a "defective" product.

Non-Returnable Grounds: We do not accept returns based on subjective dissatisfaction with the AI’s creative interpretation of your photograph, provided the artwork adheres to the chosen Artist Style.
3. Damages and Physical Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. We will offer a full replacement or a 100% refund if:

Physical Damage: The frame, glass, or canvas arrives broken, warped, or significantly damaged.

Print Defects: There are physical printing errors (e.g., ink streaks, color bleeding, or incorrect sizing) not present in the digital preview.

Wrong Item: you received a style or frame size different from what you ordered.
To report an issue, contact us immediately at hi@artify.photo with high-resolution photos of the damage and your order number.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Consumer Protection Laws, the following items are strictly non-returnable:

Custom/Personalized Goods: All AI-generated prints are classified as "clearly personalized" and are exempt from standard "cooling off" return periods.

Digital Credits: Purchases of Artify credit packages are non-refundable once any portion of the credits has been used to generate artwork.

Sale Items & Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on items purchased during promotional sales or via gift cards.
5. European Union & UK "Cooling Off" Clarification
While EU/UK law generally allows a 14-day cooling-off period, this does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. As every Artify piece is uniquely generated from your specific data, the 14-day right to cancel is waived once the generation process begins.
6. The Replacement Process
If your replacement request is approved due to damage or severe distortion:

We will send you a prepaid return shipping label (if the physical item needs to be inspected).

Items sent back to us without a prior "Return Request" at hi@artify.photo will not be accepted.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.
